VolleyballCompetition Format
- Played with six players per side.
- Rally point scoring. Best of three sets (first to win two sets); each set is played to 25 points, with a two-point margin required to win.
- The preliminary round is a round-robin league, followed by placement matches.
SoftballCompetition Format
- The preliminary round is a round-robin league, followed by the final. There is no third-place playoff; third and fourth places are decided by the preliminary league standings.
- Each game has a 90-minute time limit; no new inning starts after 85 minutes. A tie is decided by lot. However, if seven innings are completed within the time limit and the score is tied, up to one tie-break inning is played, after which the result is decided by lot.
- In the final, if the score is tied at the end of the seventh inning or of the inning in progress after 85 minutes, up to two tie-break innings are played; if still tied, the result is decided by lot.
- The run-ahead rule follows a special tournament rule: a lead of seven or more runs after five innings.
- In the event of weather or other problems, the organisers may call a game, and the result may be decided by the score at the end of the last completed inning.
